Delivery Policy
All orders depend on the availability of products ordered in Bareeq. If an item in your order is not available, we will postpone shipping until all order is ready. The shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and depend on the weight and size of the items you order and your location. The delivery date of your order may vary due to the shipping procedures of the shipping company, the delivery location, the delivery method, and the number of items ordered, in addition to that your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and order size.
-If there is any damage to the items you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours from the date of receipt of your order.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Bareeq, you can either return your order for a refund deducting the shipping value or exchange for something else within 14 days from the date of purchase. The products to be returned must be in the state of receipt and in the original box or packaging. After returning the product to Inarat stores, the value of the product will be refunded via Vodafone Cash or bank transfer, however the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Exchange Policy
In the case of replacing the product, the application of the return policy will be used within 14 days, provided that the product is in its original condition without use
If the product is installed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the original order and manufacturing defects are discovered, maintenance is done up to a maximum of 3 times and the safety of the product is ensured
If the manufacturing defect persists in the product after trying for three times, the product is replaced with another of the same product and may not be replaced with another product.
